S.L.All columns and fence post covers are coated with our proprietary DuraStone™ coating - a special modified acrylic polymer cementitious resin that looks exactly like stucco, but is flexible and more durable than stucco. Our DuraStone ™ process consists of three coats of flexible stucco acrylic polymers - applied over a high-strength 1.5# EPS foam core. (For you tech-savvy individuals, the stucco compression strength is over 5,000 PSI)!
The end result is a product that is lightweight, crack resistant, hard as nails and impervious to freeze/thaw conditions. To give you an idea of the lightweight, one 12" x 12" x 72" stucco column weighs only 32 pounds! You have your choice of two standard colors: Cream and Gray. If you require a special color, we offer over 1,900 different color options (slight up charge may apply).
